South Africa is home to more than 170 species of snake, all beautiful and magnificent in their own right. Some are of course venomous, but for the most part these are of no danger to man. We offer a snake awareness presentation where we will cover topics such as the identification of species commonly found in KwaZulu-Natal, what to do should you encounter a snake, an introduction to the venomous snakes of the region as well as basic snakebite protocol. This is an excellent opportunity to separate fact from fiction. We will accommodate groups of all sizes. This is perfectly suited to scout groups, gardening societies, outdoor clubs or anyone wanting to learn more about the snakes of our region.
